At Jist of Joy, we strive to ensure that every product delivered to you meets our quality standards. We follow a clear and uniform return and refund policy applicable to all products sold on our website.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged during transit

• The product is defective

• An incorrect product has been delivered

To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Incorrect selection of product, size, or colour by the customer

• Minor variations in colour, design, or finish due to photography or manufacturing process

• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use

• Products that have been used, altered, washed, or tampered with

• Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories

Normal wear and tear refers to natural changes that occur when a product is used as intended and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

Refunds

Upon successful inspection of the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. In case of order refusal or failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
